Office: Basement of block 5, between common room and launderette.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. Friday, 7 a.m. to 12 a.m.
The caretakers job assignments include advanced repairs in the apartments e.g. running toilets, dripping taps, broken refrigerators etc. And the daily repairs of outdoor facilities. If you need any of the caretakers services, please contact him by mail or phone.
Please respect the caretakers office hours. In case of emergencies at odd hours please see the emergency phone list in the launderette and common room.
